Bodegas José Luis Ferrer is located in the town of Binissalem, a few miles from the Inca and Palma. These wineries are nestled in a privileged point of view of wine. They also have a social and cultural environment very special because of its location in the center of the county of Es Raiguer, midway of the plain and mountain, in a town steeped in tradition and culture. These wineries were founded in 1931 and in 2011 celebrated their 80th anniversary. This traditional family business which has created brand and stock, in addition to policy support to promote the sector as obtaining in 1990 the Appellation of Origin for the region Binissalem-Mallorca.

Ferrer's wines are known for the quality of the reds (crops, large reserves and reserves) but also, since 1957, the Blanc de Blancs made with native grapes Moll, pioneering the Shire, and the island, making and bottling the grape White Moll.
