Cala Figuera

Cala Figuera is an emblematic sport that inspires many artists that have been able to capture its light and its sea character. Both Cala Figuera and Cala Santanyí give name to the small hotel association in this comarca, with 20 associates. In Cala Figuera, the hotels and apartments have 1427 beds available.
Almost all the hotel capacity is divided between the tourist centres of Cala Figuera and Cala Santanyí. Both coves belong to the municipality of Santanyí and are located in the marine reserve of Migjorn.
If you stay at any of the hotels in Cala Figuera, you will enjoy 35 kilometres of coast with many white sand beaches, rocky areas with access to the sea and coastal ports. Our hotel association is composed of family run businesses that make our establishments stand out from the rest thanks to the direct relation with the customer. Our association also provides a lot of materials and information about this area.
Apart from being given a map to have a look at the biking or hiking route possibilities, such as the route near Mondragó Natural Park (8 km), you will be able to enjoy a relaxing walk along its protected pine tree forests and contemplate the autochthonous fauna and flora species.
In Cala Santanyí, close to the beach, there are two spots of great landscape value that you cannot miss. The first one is Es Pontàs, a big rock arch that emerges from the sea very close to the coast. And the second one is Sa Torre d’en Beu, a restored watchtower from which you can see the Archipelago of Cabrera.
Cala Figuera is a perfect place to relax and have a good time with your family. However, it is also a good place for those who are active travellers and like hiking, diving and other kind of experiences while discovering the sea through boat trips at the same time.
